I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments。
Part II: Usage
For Use With: Steam Boilers &Steam for thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
Three.Features
Pipe mufflers (silencers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also extensively employed in the boiler steam emissions and other gas exhaust silencing in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing airflow through.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline silencer meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipeline silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum including low and medium frequencies, as well as high temperatures and pressures.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a broad frequency range. Simply relying on small-hole soundproofing is insufficient. The Aulii exhaust steam silencer is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and damping. It features large noise reduction capacity, broad frequency adaptability, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting, including parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), with the advantages of being made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and easy to install.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam emission from power plant boilers usually has high flow velocity, which significantly affects the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we need to control the flow first, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the initial flow control, where it further decreases pressure and reduces noise. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small orifices. After ejection, the sound power in various frequency bands is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed to above 20,000Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires further noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the depressurization body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the specified requirements.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the customer's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GoodExcellent sound-dampening effect.
