Section 3:Features
Pipe mufflers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively muffling steam exhaust from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam exhaust muffling and other gas emission muffling in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textiles.A muffler is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing airflow to pass through.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of a steam exhaust silencer, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise attenuation of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Hygienic Standards for Noise in Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency emission range. Simply relying on small-hole noise reduction is insufficient. The Zuli Exhaust Noise Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and impedance. It features large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency range, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust discharge parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical). The noise reduction tube is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for easy manufacturing and installation.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam discharge from power plant boilers typically has a high velocity, which significantly affects the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we first need to control the flow, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the first flow control stage, where it further reduces pressure and noise. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the gas flows out through small orifices. After ejection, the sound power across various frequency bands has been reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed above 20,000 Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive absorbent cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the depressurizing body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the specified requirements.
Five,Selection
The muffler is meticulously designed according to the user's emission target and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission target and parameters can be obtained.GreatExcellent sound-dampening effect.
