I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam exhausts from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam Boilers &Steam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively muffling steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions muffling and other gas exhausts in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing airflow through.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction efficiency of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Sanitation Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe mufflers can accommodate a low-to-medium frequency spectrum with wide bandwidth and high temperature and pressure conditions.
3. Pipe silencers feature reasonable structural dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Simply relying on small hole noise reduction is insufficient. The Zulie Exhaust Noise Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and damping. It features large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency adaptability, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting, including parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), with the advantages of easy manufacturing and installation of the noise reduction chamber using stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV).
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam排放 from power plant boilers typically has high flow rates, which significantly affect the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the initial flow control, where it further reduces pressure and noise. After the steam is depressurized in a large volume, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter holes. After ejection, the sound power in various frequency bands is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the depressurization body, to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standards.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GoodExcellent sound-dampening effect.
