I. Definition
Pipe muffler (muffler) products mainlyEffective noise reduction for steam emissions from boilers, steam turbines, and other thermal equipment in power generation departments。
II. Usage
For use with: Steam Boilers &Steam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe noise emitted can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe mufflers (noise dampers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in industries like oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles for silencing steam emissions from boilers and other gas exhausts..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from spreading while allowing air flow through.Significant measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noise. To assess the quality of an exhaust silencer, consider the following three main aspects:
The sound absorption of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Sanitation Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies, as well as high temperatures and pressures.
3. The structure and dimensions of the pipeline silencers are reasonable, cost-effective, and have a long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency band. Simply relying on small hole soundproofing is insufficient. The Zhuli Exhaust Sound Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and blocking, featuring large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency band, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhausts such as low-pressure, medium-pressure, sub-high-pressure, high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, sub-critical, and super-critical parameters). The noise reduction tube is made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) and is easy to install.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Power plant boiler steam emissions typically have high velocities, which significantly impact the noise reduction of small apertures. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam enters the expansion chamber after passing through the initial flow control, where it undergoes further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam is subjected to a significant pressure drop in the large volume, it forms low-pressure steam emissions. During this process, the gas flows out through small diameter orifices. The sound power in each harmonic frequency band is reduced after emission, and the sound pressure level frequencies are pushed up to above 20,000Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reduction body to effectively absorb the remaining noise. Once the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the necessary standards.
FiveSelection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emissions target and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emissions target and parameters are eligible.GreatExcellent sound-dampening effect.
