This series of hoists is available in two models: single-point and double-point lifting, and comes in three types of operation: manual, electric, and dual manual/electric. Typically, manual mechanisms are not included when the lifting capacity exceeds 600KN (per unit). Our QL series hoists offer an opening capacity of 3KN to 650KN, and can be custom-designed for capacities over 650KN (per unit).

2. The shutdown machines in this series cannot be operated in an inclined lifting manner unless they are specially designed.

3. For hoists with a lifting capacity of 30KN or more, additional stroke limit devices can be added for ultimate running protection. All manual hoists are equipped with a limit disk for controlling the lowermost limit position.

4. The gate hinge parts should be set according to the shape of the actuator screw. Special orders must be declared prior to ordering.

5. Declaration required prior to selection: a. Total screw length, thread length, center distance of lifting points (for double-lifting point style) b. 6. The foundation layout of the opening and closing machine is for reference only during construction by the waterworks. Special requirements can be accommodated by our company, and the anchor bolts are supplied randomly.

The dual-hoist electric screw-type opening and closing machine is a model currently available in China. This dual-hoist electric screw opening and closing machine is suitable for wider gates, with a middle drive shaft connected with universal joints for smoother operation. When the lifting point distance exceeds 2 meters, the motor drive part is moved to the middle of the two opening and closing machines. It operates with both manual and electric options. The structure consists of the housing, cover, bracket, nuts, screws, pressure bearings, worm, worm gear, hand-crank, motor, and electrical components. It uses a worm gear and worm to rotate the variable nut, causing the screw to move up and down. The dual-hoist electric screw opening and closing machine is equipped with an oil tank and can be lubricated with HJ-30 oil.
