Hoist-type shutter installation and trial operation

Upon arrival at the construction site, the hoisting shuttering equipment should be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of DL/T5019-94 "Code for Manufacturing, Installation, and Acceptance of Shuttering Mechanisms for Hydropower and Water Conservancy Projects" (hereinafter referred to as "DL/T5019"). Only after passing the inspection can installation proceed.

Ensure the foundation bolt embedding position is checked, with the bolt depth and exposed length being accurate.

Three, the elevation of the opening and closing machine platform should be checked, with the deviation not exceeding ±5mm, and the horizontal deviation not exceeding 0.5/1000.

The installation of the hoist machine should be aligned with the lifting center, with the longitudinal and transverse centerline deviation not exceeding ±3.0mm.

Five. The length of steel wire rope coiled on the drum should have at least 4 turns left on the drum when the hoisting point is at the lower limit position. When the hoisting point is at the upper limit position, the wire rope must not coil onto the smooth section of the drum.

Six. The lifting distance error of the double-point hoisting and closing machine should not exceed ±3.0mm; after the wire rope is tensioned, the center lines of the two lifting shafts should be on the same horizontal level, and the height difference within the hole should not exceed 5.0mm.

The installation of electrical equipment for gates and shutters should comply with the relevant provisions of SD315-93 "General Technical Conditions for Fixed Hoist Gates."

8. Prior to energizing tests on electrical equipment, all connections must be carefully checked and should comply with the drawing specifications. The insulation resistance of the entire circuit must be greater than 0.5MΩ before starting the energizing tests. During the tests, the temperature rise of all motors and electrical components should not exceed their respective allowable values. The tests should use the electrical equipment of the machine itself. If any components such as contacts are found to be charred during the tests, the cause should be investigated and the components replaced.

Nine. The full stroke of the opening and closing machine should be raised and lowered three times under no-load conditions. Inspections and adjustments should be made for the following electrical and mechanical parts.

The motor should run smoothly, with the unbalance of three-phase current not exceeding ±10%, and the current values should be measured.

Electrical equipment should not exhibit any abnormal overheating.

3 Check and adjust the limit switches (including the filling level pressure opening contact points), ensuring the switches operate accurately and reliably.

4 The height indicator and load indicator should accurately reflect the stroke and weight. After reaching the upper and lower limit positions, the main switch should be able to send a signal and automatically cut off the current, stopping the operation of the opening and closing machine.

All mechanical parts should operate without any impact noises or other abnormal sounds; wire ropes must not rub against any other parts at any location.

6 When releasing the brake shoe, the lever should be fully opened, the gap should meet the requirements, and the release current value should be measured.

When releasing the brake on the quick-acting gate operators using direct current, the release DC current value and the temperature of the electromagnetic coil for a continuous release of 2 minutes should be checked and recorded separately.

Ten: For the gate opening and closing machine load test, the gate should be raised and lowered twice in the gate channel without water or in still water; for the gate with water operation for opening or water closing to still water for emergency, it should be raised and lowered twice under the design head water condition; for the rapid closure gate at the pump station outlet, a full-range rapid closure test should be conducted under the design head water condition.
