I. Flat Iron Introduction:
Key Features of the YPA Series Ironing Machines:
This machine features variable frequency speed control, allowing users to select the appropriate ironing speed based on the needs of different fabrics and their pressing conditions.
The heating roller surface is heated using pressure steam through a drum or by infrared electric heating through quartz tubes, resulting in high thermal efficiency.
The unit features a reducer for deceleration, offering a high reduction ratio, strong overload capacity, and low noise.
Chain-driven with high load-bearing capacity.
The fabric conveying system utilizes wide selvage belts to avoid the shifting phenomenon commonly encountered during the transmission of wide canvas.
There is a certain speed difference between each roller, resulting in better ironing effects.
The steam inlet of the drum uses a rotating joint seal to prevent leakage, ensuring a long service life.
From single-roll to six-roll options, users can upgrade and modify the ironer according to their specific needs.
Two, purpose of the ironing machine :
The industrial ironing machine is a self-designed and manufactured product by our company, based on the structure of both domestic and international products and combined with the actual usage scenarios of our customers, incorporating extensive experience. It is primarily used for ironing, shaping, and drying a variety of fabric pieces, duvets, sheets, and pillowcases, and is widely applicable in hotels, schools, and factories producing towels and sheets, among other corporate and institutional entities.
Section 3: Operation of the Ironing Machine :
1. Before fabric ironing, first clean the roller surface thoroughly, then wipe the roller surface and all parts of the machine with a soft cloth to ensure the machine is clean.
2. Motors and their controls must pass insulation checks. Verify that the motor operates normally when running without load.
3. Check that all oil holes are clear, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. Add a sufficient quantity of 20 or 40-grade engine oil to the reducer.
4. Adjust the conveyor belt, ensuring it is neither too tight nor too loose.
5. Open the steam and outlet bypass valves, first drain the excess water from the drum. Close the outlet bypass valve and start the variable frequency drive once the steam pressure reaches 0.4-0.6 Mpa.
6. Gradually turn the speed control knob to select an appropriate speed based on the fabric being ironed.
7. Place the dehydrated fabric flat on the conveyor belt and press it in the ironing zone.
8. Adjust the variable frequency controller's knob to a suitable position based on the fabric's ironing condition, and proceed with normal operation.
Section 4: Industrial Ironing Machine Maintenance and Care
After general use of the machine, add lubricating oil to all rotating parts on a regular basis.
2. If abnormal noises occur during machine operation, stop and inspect immediately. After normal use for six months, shut down for maintenance, change the engine oil in the reducer, and apply lubricating oil to each bearing separately.
3. If the machine is not used for an extended period, the belts should be removed, and the roller and all transmission parts should be cleaned and sealed.
4. Regularly inspect the safety valve to ensure proper operation, and it must be calibrated by the labor department annually.
5. In accordance with the safety supervision regulations for pressure vessels of the National Labor Bureau, users shall conduct at least one visual inspection of the drum annually. In case of any abnormal conditions such as cracks, deformation, or localized overheating on the surface, they should be addressed promptly, and the drum may need to be replaced if necessary.
V. Industrial Pressing Machine Installation
1. The machine has no special foundation requirements, but it must be placed on a relatively flat concrete surface, with at least 1.5 meters of operating and maintenance space around it.
2. After the machine is installed, please level the steam roller using a level.
3. Pre-plan the intake and drainage pipelines for the machine installation.
