Jiangsu Jiewa Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed a gas dryer to address the challenges of steam usage in most water washing factories. The structure is composed of four main parts: the machine frame, the combustion system, the control system, and the transmission system. The machine frame is mainly made up of six large metal panels, including the front, top, left, right, bottom, and rear panels. The combustion system consists primarily of the gas control valve, combustion chamber, and hot air duct. The control system includes a computer box, an operation panel, various temperature sensors, and detection devices. The computer controls the automatic ignition, mid-point shutdown, re-ignition, and mid-point flame adjustment based on the amount and humidity of towels and clothes, as well as their temperature. The transmission system mainly comprises the motor, transmission belt, drum, and exhaust fan. In the past, due to the lack of gas towel dryers in the domestic market, people and the market were unfamiliar with this product. The gas dryer offers advantages such as convenience, speed, economy, hygiene, environmental protection, and the ability to dry towels and clothes fluffy and soft.
The gas dryer produced by Jiangsu Jie Wa Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. utilizes gas combustion to heat air, and the exhaust fan draws the heated dry air into the dryer chamber to dry towels and clothes. The motor inside the gas dryer operates the drum at a low speed through two drive belts and the exhaust fan at a high speed. As the drum rotates, wet towels and clothes are tossed up and down inside the drum, fluffed up. The exhaust fan draws a large volume of fresh air into the machine from the bottom through a filter, some of which is sent to the combustion chamber to aid combustion and heat up, while the rest is drawn into the hot air channel to mix with the hot air, forming a strong drying hot airflow that is drawn into the drum of the dryer for moisture removal and drying. The moist air after heat exchange is discharged outside the machine through a waste fiber filter. During the drying process, sensors detect changes in temperature and the drying level of towels and clothes, and the computer control system adjusts the flame accordingly. When the sensors detect that the towels and clothes have reached the dry standard or the set time has elapsed, the machine will automatically beep and stop.
