Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) Bridge TraysFeatures:
(1) Corrosion Resistance: Made of chemically inert materials, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance.
(2) High Mechanical Strength: Resists water pressure, external pressure, and impact well, and can be designed and manufactured to meet specific pressure requirements for GRP bridge beams.
(3) Strong Temperature Adaptability: Operating temperature range: greater than -70°C and less than 250°C; GRP bridge beams remain intact under frozen media.
(4) Low Fluid Resistance: The inner surface of GRP bridge beams is smooth with a roughness coefficient of 0.0084.
(5) Lightweight and Long Lifespan: Lightweight for easy transportation, low construction costs, no maintenance required, and a service life of over 50 years.
FiberglassBridge SupportFeatures:
Corrosion and moisture resistance
The inner layer is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl resin, with a reinforcing layer using high-strength surface mat or chopped strand mat, offering excellent sealing and no cracking.
2. Good overall quality
The tank is made using a monolithic molding process, featuring no joints, offering high bearing capacity, excellent rigidity, and strong impact resistance. The electrolytic reaction tank will not develop cracks after long-term use.
3. Exceptional performance
The glass fiber bridge tray is made of excellent insulating material, does not conduct impure current, and has no leakage. The insulation resistance is greater than or equal to 10^12 ohms both in normal conditions and after being immersed in water for 24 hours.
Relative dielectric constant not greater than 4.5, arc resistance greater than (s) 150, and leakage tracking index (v) greater than 180.
4. Service Life
Fiberglass electrolytic reaction tanks typically used indoors have a lifespan of around 30 years, with low operation costs and minimal maintenance requirements.
5. Lightweight quality
The glass fiber reinforced bridge trays have a density of 1.8 to 2.0 kg/cm³, which is approximately one-third of carbon steel material.
