(V) Product Name
Shielded power cable for variable frequency circuit
Execution Standards
Q/12JH4066.3-2002
Application Scope
This product is suitable for rated voltage0.6/1KVShielding requirements and strict power transmission lines, as well as power distribution lines, for systems compatible with variable-frequency motors. This product boasts excellent shielding capabilities, while also serving as a central neutral protective conductor.
Product Features and Usage Characteristics
1.Utilizes shielding that can resist static coupling, electromagnetic induction, radio waves, poor grounding, and interference from power cable conduction.
2.The shield layer (conductor within) utilizes a phase wire encapsulation. When zero sequence or high-order harmonic current components appear in the circuit, the total current within the shield layer (coaxial conductor) sums to zero, thereby not causing electromagnetic interference to the outside environment.
3.Low and uniform positive (reverse) and zero sequence impedance, it is beneficial to improve power supply quality when compared to the common four-core power cable.
4.The reactance value of the shielding layer (concentric conductor) under the zero-sequence operating condition is significantly lower than that of the fourth core conductor in a standard power cable, thus being advantageous for the application of new-type short-circuit automatic protection devices and ensuring the safe operation of the cable and other related equipment.
5.A certain proportion of the shielding layer and the main core cross-section of the cable.PEProtective function.
6.Double-layer composite shielding achieves an interference attenuation ratio of104Thus, ensure any external interference has no impact on the system.
7.Recommended Allowable Bend Radius: Cylinder for Cable Bend Test2Multiple.
8.Combustion characteristics
(1) Bundle flame-retardant cables can withstandCB/T19380.3-BCategoryIEC332-3Regulated bundle combustion test.
(2) Fire-resistant cables can withstandGB/T12666.6(IEC60331)Specified fire resistance test
