Coconut Shell Activated Carbon, made from imported coconut shell materials from Southeast Asia, available in various mesh sizes such as 4-8, 5-10, 6-12, 8-20, 10-24, 20-40, 40-80, 80-200, 200, 300, and 500 meshes. Custom particle sizes are also available upon customer request, and iodine values ranging from 800 to 1500 mg/g can be produced.

Typical iodine value ranges from 800-1000 mg/g, suitable for water purification and gold refining. An iodine value of 1100-1500 mg/g is commonly used in the chemical industry as a catalyst carrier, or for gas and liquid phase purification requiring higher adsorption capacity.
