The RCB series full stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygienic requirements. They handle liquid mediums without solid particles, with temperatures not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 CST. Applications include various chemical raw materials, packaged foods, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives industries.
Features of the full stainless steel gear pump: The RCB series stainless steel gear pump features hollow sandwiched sections on the pump body's front and rear covers, with inlet and outlet flanges. This pump is suitable for installation in outdoor environments with freezing conditions and extreme cold regions, as well as for processes requiring insulation. It can heat and insulate the transported fluid and the pump using media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, and cold water. When the transported medium has a viscosity greater than 1500 CST, a reducer drive should be used: in general, a direct coupling between the pump and motor is used. The pump shaft end seal is designed in two types: 1. Mechanical seal, 2. Packing seal. The user can determine the specific type according to the actual situation.
Flow: 0.6-40 cubic meters/hour. Pressure: 1.0 MPA
