Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on truck transportation. Freight charges are collect or self-collection. If you require us to handle the arrangements, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. We provide insurance for菠萝格 shipments. Upon the logistics company returning the goods, we will reship them.
3. Once received, any claims for quantity discrepancies or human damage without providing damaged pictures within 48 hours will not be entertained. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that these are large items, and we urge you to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping fee from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Also note that logistics does not handle handling; you may negotiate handling with the logistics company as needed. If the goods are signed for by friends, family, guards, or the reception, it is considered that you have accepted the received items and verified them for accuracy.
