An胶磨machine is a high-tech slurry equipment integrating multiple functions such as shearing, crushing, and grinding. The crushing and slurry technology of this equipment represents an innovative technique in the colloid mill industry, widely applied in the pulp-making process for various materials.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Working Principle of a胶磨机
Under the high-speed drive of the motor, various sizes of particles in the material must withstand tens of thousands of high-speed shearing and impact fractures by the conical sawtooth blades of the rotor as they pass through the channel into the colloid mill's fan-shaped rotor shear chamber. They gradually roll axially and radially, propelled by the centrifugal force of the conical sawtooth blades. The particles are then flung into the space between the slanted triangular rhomboid teeth on the rotor and the fixed stator triangular rhomboid teeth, where they undergo centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, fracturing, and grinding processes. As the material is crushed and extruded, it gradually moves towards the crushing and grinding area. Due to the strong high-speed shearing effect and high-frequency oscillation effect generated by the superimposed fracturing motion, the particles in the material are continuously sheared, fractured, and ground to the fineness required by the user, after which they flow out of the pump's discharge port. The particles ground and refined by the crushing and grinding machine are generally between 0.1 to 1 mm in size.
Application Scope
The胶磨machine is suitable for cutting,粉碎, and grinding of materials containing particles in fluids such as chicken and fish bones, fruits and vegetables, table waste, mineral slag, oil dregs, crystallized lumps, etc.

Note: Motor power size is determined by the viscosity and particle size of the material as well as the solid content. The specifications and models of the crushing machine's pump housing material options include: 304, 316L, 2205, TA2, C-276.
