YKK High Pressure Motor Structural Features
The YKK high-voltage motor features a box-type structure, with the base constructed from steel plate welding, offering light weight and excellent rigidity. The YKK high-voltage motor is a closed-type squirrel-cage asynchronous motor equipped with an air-air cooler on the motor top.
The stator winding uses F-grade heat-resistant insulation material, with reliable top binding, and is vacuum pressure impregnated to ensure the YKK high-voltage motor has excellent insulation properties and mechanical strength.
The rotor of the YKK high-voltage motor employs a reliable squirrel-cage structure with cast aluminum or copper conductors. The bearings are available in two types: rolling and sliding, depending on the motor's speed and power rating.
YKK High-Voltage Motor Applications
YKK high-pressure motors are suitable for driving various general-purpose machinery, such as compressors, pumps, fans, crushers, machine tools, conveying equipment, and other mechanical equipment. They serve as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises, including mines, machinery industries, and power plants. Please specify when ordering if the motor is for driving equipment like blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, hoists, etc.
