YKK High-Pressure Motor Structural Features
The YKK high-voltage motor features a box-type structure with the base made of steel plate welding, offering light weight and good rigidity. The YKK high-voltage motor is a closed-type squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with an air-air cooler on the motor top.
The stator winding is made with F-grade heat-resistant insulation material, the top binding is reliable, and it undergoes vacuum pressure impregnation to ensure the YKK high-voltage motor has excellent insulation properties and mechanical strength.
The rotor of the YKK high-voltage motor employs a reliable squirrel-cage structure with cast aluminum or copper conductors. The bearings come in two types: rolling and sliding, depending on the motor's speed and power rating.
Application of YKK high-voltage motor
YKK high-voltage motors are suitable for driving a variety of general-purpose machinery, such as compressors, pumps, fans, crushers, machine tools, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment. They serve as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises, including mines, machinery industries, power plants, etc. If the motor is intended for driving equipment like blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, hoists, etc., please specify at the time of ordering.
