The YR wound high-voltage motor incorporates the design and manufacturing technology of Swiss ABB Company's high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. It is an upgraded version of the old JS, JSQ, JR, and JRQ series products. This series of motors is made with high-quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, featuring high power performance, low noise and vibration, high reliability, and easy installation and maintenance. The power ratings, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Machines" and the IEC standard. The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of this series of motors meet the national standard GB1800-1804 and the ISO standard of the National Standardization Commission. The protection ratings of this series of motors are IP23 and IP44, and other protection ratings such as IP24 and IP54 can be negotiated upon customer request.
This series of electric motors features cooling methods in compliance with the GB1993 and IEC34-6 <Cooling Methods for Motors> standards, including IC01, IC611, and IC81W. Other cooling methods can be negotiated upon customer request.
This series of electric motors features a basic installation method of horizontal with feet (IMB3) structure, conforming to the standards of GB997 and IEC34-7 <Designation of motor structures and mounting types>.
The YR Wound Rotor High-Voltage Motor is a squirrel-cage induction motor. The motor's protection class is IP23, and the cooling method is IC01. This series of motors boasts high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, minimal vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and easy installation and maintenance. These motors are suitable for driving various mechanical equipment, such as fans, compressors, pumps, crushers, machine tools, and other devices. They are also used as prime movers in coal mines, machinery industries, power plants, and various industrial and mining enterprises.
