Centrifuge Operation Guidelines
The centrifuge lid must be closed when the centrifuge is in pre-cooling mode. After the centrifugation is complete, remove the rotor and place it upside down on the lab table, wipe dry any remaining water inside, and leave the centrifuge lid open.
2. When pre-cooling, the head cap can be placed on the centrifuge platform or on the lab table. Absolutely do not leave it loosely on top of the head, as if mistakenly activated, the head cap could be propelled out, resulting in an accident!
3. After tightening, always use your fingers to check for gaps between the turning head and the turning cover. If there are gaps, loosen and retighten until no gaps are confirmed, then you can start the centrifuge.
4. During the centrifugation process, operators must not leave the centrifuge room. In case of an abnormal situation, operators cannot shut off the power (POWER); they must press STOP. The centrifuge usage record must be completed before pre-cooling.
5. Do not use counterfeit centrifugal tubes, and do not use aged, deformed, or cracked centrifugal tubes.
6. Must leave after the centrifuge routine safety check is performed on the next working day following holidays and evenings.
