The Microbial Limit Test Device is made of stainless steel metal. The test sample is injected into the Microbial Limit Incubator, filtered through the instrument by vacuum pump negative pressure, trapping the microbes in the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed using a membrane retriever and transferred to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up and flat. The lid is sealed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in the corresponding incubator at a constant temperature for culturing and counting.
