Why is the refrigeration effect of the low-temperature constant-temperature water bath decreasing?

2. Is it too close to the wall? If so, move it a bit further away. The ventilation space is insufficient, and the air cannot circulate properly. If the heat cannot dissipate, it won't be possible to cool down.
3. Is the medium low in concentration? After a period of use, condensate from the air will enter the medium, becoming thick at low temperatures and impeding heat transfer, resulting in a decrease in temperature. If the medium is too thick at low temperatures, it cannot flow normally or may freeze, in which case a change of medium is required.

Regular maintenance of a low-temperature恒温槽 is crucial and cannot be overlooked. Many issues that appear to be malfunctions are actually caused by a lack of regular maintenance. Both the electrical power of the water circulation and the heat carried away by the refrigerant from the load need to be dissipated through the radiator at the front ventilation cover. If the front ventilation cover is filled with dust and fluff, it hinders the dissipation of these heat, significantly reducing the refrigeration effect. Generally, a decrease in refrigeration capacity under normal operating conditions is due to poor ventilation and heat dissipation or excessively high ambient temperatures.
