Industrial wet-type dust removal fans (hereinafter referred to as dust removal fans) consist of a negative pressure axial flow fan and a wet dust collector. Contaminated air passes through a honeycomb wet dust collector (also known as a wet curtain), where it is captured and purified by the collector. The purified air after dust removal is then exhausted by the dust removal fan, achieving the goal of air purification.
Industrial wet dust collectors are primarily used for on-site air purification in machinery industries with high dust levels, ensuring that the discharged air meets exhaust air standards.
Dust removal fan operating conditions:
Ambient Temperature: 0-40℃
Altitude: ≤2,000 meters
Relative Humidity: Not greater than 90% (at 20℃)
Environment of Use: No Explosive Gases
Operation Principle: Under the rotation of the impeller, a negative pressure is generated between the fan and the wet dust collector (wet curtain). This negative pressure draws in the dusty air. Due to the honeycomb-like structure of the wet dust collector, when the dusty air enters the wet dust collector (wet curtain), it is captured and flows out with the water on the surface of the collector to the sedimentation pool. Dust that escapes from one layer of the dust collector is captured by the second layer. The clean air, after being dusted, is then exhausted by the fan.
