Product Description
Biomass fuel boilers feature a unique structure, offering complete combustion, high thermal efficiency, and low emissions of pollutants.

Fuel Advantages
Biomass energy is a type of energy derived from plants. Biomass pellet fuel, distinct from the direct combustion of biomass, is an encouraged development project in the "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan Outline (NDRC Document No. 2875), boasting strong vitality. Most biomass fuel is a strip of environmentally-friendly new energy produced from processed stems of crops or sawdust, with a diameter of about 0.8 cm, length 4 to 5 times its diameter, a breakage rate less than 1.5% to 2.0%, moisture content on a dry basis less than 10% to 15%, ash content less than 1.5%, and sulfur and chlorine contents both less than 0.07%, with nitrogen content less than 0.5%.
Features of Warm Air Heater
Resolved the transition from static to dynamic heat dissipation, significantly reducing humidity in greenhouses, promoting continuous air circulation, and sterilizing the air inside. Allows for flexible setting of heating temperatures according to different flower varieties and automatic control. The modular design is easy to assemble and disassemble, offers versatile space arrangement, high thermal efficiency, and can be used in multiple sets simultaneously. Achieving rapid temperature rise in the greenhouse within ten minutes is now possible, with both initial installation and operational costs kept low.
Features of Biomass Fuel Boilers
* Combustion System - Utilizing a dynamic cyclone and vortex combustion structure with positive pressure blowing and negative pressure suction, the combustion chamber is equipped with a cyclone device. Under the action of positive pressure blowing and negative pressure suction, the flame is forced to rotate during the combustion process. Unburned suspended particles (fragmented particles, powder) are not immediately carried away by the blower but are fully vaporized during the rotating combustion, achieving complete combustion. This significantly improves thermal efficiency and reduces operating costs.
Material Feeding System - Utilizes adjustable, axisless, 45° slant feeding and axis-driven, flat-push wind feeding.
Control System - Microcomputer controlled with high stability, advanced automation, and one-touch operation.

Application Scope
Biomass fuel boilers are a new product, offering environmental protection and energy conservation. They are primarily used for heating in large-scale flower greenhouses, vegetable cultivation, animal husbandry, bathrooms, and industrial factories.
