Product Description:
BTW-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Metal Sheet Forming Tester is primarily used for the extensibility testing of sheets, serving as a processability test for metal thin plates, mainly for measuring the cupping value of metal thin plates. Additionally, it can perform the determination of the forming limit curve (FLC test) for metal thin plates and strips. It can be used for Nakajima and Marciniak tests. The main unit features hydraulic clamping and servo stamping with pre-settable stamping speed. The cupping fixture is easy to load and unload samples, and once the sample is inserted, pressing the automatic button completes the clamping and stamping. If a crack occurs, the machine automatically stops, and cracks are easy to observe. It has peak memory functionality, automatically recording the stamping force and deformation height. The deformation depth and stamping force are displayed on an LCD screen with button operation, allowing pre-setting of the deformation depth.
Product Details:
This machine is driven by a servo motor to power the reducer, which then drives synchronous toothed belts and ball screws for loading. The loading is smooth, with accurate speed, and the loading load is measured in real-time, facilitating the judgment of the moment cracks appear. The clamping force is independently loaded by a hydraulic oil source, allowing for adjustable clamping force. The force is directly measured by a sensor, with data synchronized for display and independent calibration. After clamping, the synchronous transmission component drives the servo press system upward synchronously. The press system automatically performs stamping, while the displacement measurement system automatically measures the deformation of the sheet material. When cracks appear in the specimen, the measurement system automatically displays the cupping value. The cupping fixture is a removable structure, facilitating observation of whether cracks have appeared in the sheet material. The cupping fixture die structure uses a spherical socket automatic centering structure to ensure uniform force distribution on the specimen during clamping.
The testing machine is available with the optional BVE three-axis full-field strain measurement system, which can be used for the determination of the forming limit curve (FLC).
The product complies with GB4156-2007, GB/T24171.1, GB/T 24171.2, and GB15825.3 standards.
