I. Application Objective
Studying the dynamic mechanical properties of materials under pulse load using Hopkinson bars, primarily for investigating the strain rate effect of materials and the propagation laws of stress waves in the medium. Applications include:
Structural and material constitutive relationships
2. Impact Load Generator
II. Basic Principles
Hopkinson Bar is primarily used for measuring the dynamic stress-strain relationship of materials, but its principles and testing techniques can be applied to other experiments, such as assessing the dynamic fracture toughness of metals, the bending resistance of thin plates, and the penetration resistance of thick plates, among others. It can also be used for calibrating ultra-dynamic sensors and other high-pressure dynamic fields.
1. Possesses the research foundation for a basic, stable, and reliable lightweight gas cannon launching device in the Hopkinson rod system.
2. Customized Hopkinson design to meet non-standard and special requirements.
3. Full turnkey capabilities in precision dynamic high-voltage control, mechanical design, manufacturing, and testing integration.
4. Extensive experience in the development of high-voltage equipment.
