
I. Product Introduction:
The MTWNP-3000W Microcomputer-Controlled Wheel Torque Fatigue Tester is composed of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, and computer measurement and control display system. It is mainly used for the torsional fatigue testing of lightweight alloy wheels for motorcycles and scooters and is widely applied in the fields of locomotive and wheel manufacturing enterprises, quality inspection units, etc. The machine uses a servo electric cylinder as the main loading unit, features a gantry frame structure, and is equipped with a Py digital data acquisition control system and a full-digital AC servo system for closed-loop control. It boasts features such as uniform, stable loading, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.
Test Function: Win Chinese operating platform with variable structure PID parameter adjustment, enabling display and setting of test parameters such as torque, test time, test frequency, and test number. Utilizes a graphical interface windowed operating system to set display screen parameters and basic test results. The entire machine is equipped with a full digital AC servo control system and a Py digital data acquisition and processing system.
