The KLD(1231) Series pneumatic spring pressure (sorter) tester, designed for efficient load detection to match the rhythm of spring production lines with pneumatic loading. In addition to traditional load detection accuracy, it also features rapid sorting capabilities, dividing the test force of springs into five segments: strong, slightly strong, medium, slightly weak, and weak, each indicated by a separate indicator light. After testing, the test data and results (Pass, Pass+, Pass-, Fail+, Fail-) will be displayed on the screen. The control of the loading action is highly flexible, offering single-step actions, simple up and down functions; single cycle operation, from loading to unloading automatically, with rhythm control between continuous tests performed manually; and multi-cycle operation, where the rhythm of continuous testing is fixed, allowing operators to simply place and remove springs quickly. This reduces the labor intensity of workers and enables shift quantity statistics, analyzing the root cause of problems based on the statistics, which is an improvement over traditional testing methods. The machine can perform fatigue tests.
