I. Brief Introduction to the Main Functions of the Testing Machine
KEZ Series metal wire twisting tester is a new type of digital-counting wire twisting tester developed by our factory, primarily used for the torsional testing of metal wires. It is designed to measure the ability of metal wires to withstand plastic deformation during single or double-directional twisting, as well as to reveal surface and internal defects of the wire. It provides a reliable measurement method for wire production and usage units.
II. Product Features
Main Technical Parameters and Working Conditions
Model: KEZ-3; KEZ-10
Operation Mode: Automatic Loading
Display Method: LCD Display
◇ Structural Features:
The wire twisting tester is composed of two major parts: the mechanical section and the electrical section. The counting has been changed from the original mechanical structure to an electronic count, with a resolution of 0.1 turns. The axial force, rotational force during testing, the number of turns locked when the test specimen breaks, and the termination of the test are all controlled by the electronic circuit, making the operation simple and convenient.
The left end of the machine features an axially movable chuck, which utilizes linear bearings for movement, ensuring minimal friction resistance and reliable straightness of the axial movement. Axial force is applied using a weight mechanism, with the weights having an accuracy of ±1%.
Electrical System: Comprising power supply, control, and LCD display sections.
