Belt-type Sludge Press Structure Features:

Sludge dewatering machines include a stainless steel frame, gravity dewatering section, squeezing section, sludge rake, drive unit, filter belt cleaning device, tensioning device, tracking and alignment system, collection and drainage trays, internal wiring and piping, all made of wear and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure long-term stable operation.

The belt press sludge filter operates smoothly with relatively low noise. The machine frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel and TIG reinforced welding, ensuring neat weld seams and certain rust prevention capabilities. The belt sludge dewatering machine has a simple and robust structure with excellent corrosion resistance. The cylinder surface is coated with anti-rust paint for better equipment operation protection.

The Belt Filter Press can adjust the sludge thickness through the machine's function, utilizing a 0.25KW motor (1 unit, 35r.p.m. speed) to drive a three-blade spiral blade for cross-rotating stirring in the mixing tank. This ensures a complete mix and reaction between the flocculant and concentrated sludge. The machine's reaction is relatively stable, and its system prompt matches the actual machine operation. The filter cloth on the machine can swing up and down simultaneously, with a walking speed of 1 to 7m/min. The filter cloth is made from imported polyester fiber material, which can extend the lifespan to 8,500 hours.

The belt press sludge filter is driven by a motor with adjustable output speed. To maintain the smooth operation of its other components, the noise level is ≤65dB(A). The cleaning device consists of a spray pipe and 52 copper alloy nozzles. The spray range can radiate around the filter cloth, and the nozzles are replaceable.

The cleaning unit features excellent sealing, facilitating maintenance and cleaning, and prevents water splash from wetting the mud cake. The structure and performance of the cleaning pump meet the requirements for washing filter cloth.

The sludge concentration and dewatering machine features comprehensive self-protection functions. If the amount of sludge in the machine is not excessive, the polymer precipitate will decrease, the belt speed will slow down, the flushing water pressure will be too low, the compressed air pressure will be too low, and any abnormal conditions such as external signal commands will trigger machine shutdown and alarms.

1. Polyester Molding Mesh

Polyester Plain Woven Dry Mesh

3. Belt Sludge Dewatering

4. Polyester Spiral Mesh

Polyester spiral mesh can be filled with different materials to alter the mesh density according to various industrial sludge types. This mesh is widely used and offers excellent filtration for sludge of different properties. The unfilled mesh is suitable for the drying process in paper and dyeing machines, as well as for mesh-washed coal and horizontal belt washing machines. It is easy to use, has a long service life, and is convenient to maintain. The mesh, after adding fillings in the middle of the mesh ring, reduces permeability, mesh density, and the material loss, as well as the lateral hardness. It is primarily used for sludge concentration, sludge pressure filtration and dewatering, and also for papermaking pulp washing and paper drying sections.

The proper operation of the sludge press filter largely depends on the relatively simple auxiliary power circuit of the air source, which primarily controls tightening and adjustment of deviations.

Hydraulic System Sealing: Observe the pressure gauge's pressure drop and inspect the sealing of system components and joints.

Filter Belt Deviation Measurement

At the unloading drum, measure the deviation of the upper and lower filter belts from the drum face at any time, and take the *largest value as the machine's filter belt deviation. The precision of the measuring tool used should not be less than 0.5mm.

3. Load Testing

Operates continuously at a filtration speed of 3.0m/min to 4.5m/min for 8 hours.

Determination of Filter Cake Moisture Content (W)

Sample location and method: Take one sample from the center and one from each side of the filter belt on the unloading roller, with each sample being no less than 30mg.

Proper Use of Belt Filter Press:

1. Choose the right squeezing cloth, considering both the clarity of the filtrate and the filtration efficiency. It is essential to clean the squeezing cloth after each operation to ensure no residue remains on the surface. When the squeezing cloth hardens, soften it. In case of damage, repair or replace it promptly.

2. Inspect the filter plate sealing surface, clean off any residues, to prevent leakage of slurry or liquid during operation. Be mindful to protect the sealing surface from impacts. When storing, it's best to stand it up to minimize deformation.

3. In the event of a malfunction in the electrical control system, first disconnect the power, repair or replace parts. Regularly test the insulation performance of electrical appliances.

4. After one month of installation and use of the new machine, replace the engine oil and thoroughly clean the oil tank. Thereafter, clean the oil tank every six months and replace the hydraulic oil inside it. The hydraulic oil must meet the specifications. The oil level should be above the center of the fluid line.

5. If the hydraulic cylinder malfunctions or leaks (including at the oil pipe joints), refer to the hydraulic cylinder illustration and replace the cylinder, as well as the removed seals and gaskets.

6. Filter media and liquid temperatures should be below the rated temperature, generally <100°C. Materials and liquids must not be mixed with debris and hard objects that are prone to clog. Avoid mixing with debris and hard objects that could clog the feed inlet to prevent damage to the press felt.

7. Please operate valves for liquid, rinse water, etc. according to the operational procedures; do not mix them up.

8. After completion of work, the remaining liquid should be emptied into the channel promptly and as much as possible.

9. Maintain cleanliness of the machinery and surrounding area. Promptly remove residual filtrate and cake from the machine. Regularly lubricate the piston rod.
