(2) The two-stage single-acting compressor introduced with foreign compression technology, which can directly compress SF6 gas into a liquid and store it in an SF6 storage tank (or use auxiliary refrigeration and compression for storage), achieving oil-free and rapid recovery of SF6 gas.
(3) The vacuum system utilizes a two-stage scroll vacuum pump, offering rapid vacuum rate, and is equipped with a device to prevent oil backflow.
(4) The recovery pressurization system utilizes a single-stage scroll pump (diaphragm pump) for low residual pressure recovery and fast speed.
(5) The purification system utilizes the principle filter from the U.S. company Pneumatech, with the addition of an internal vacuum electric heating element and high-efficiency adsorbent, resulting in a more pronounced purification effect (adsorbent replacement is not frequent).
(6) Automatic confirmation and adjustment of three-phase power supply for the electrical system.
(7) The device control system employs SF6 specialized valves with new patented technology, which are more reliable than foreign equivalents with ball valves.
(8) Storage systems can be equipped with various specifications and capacities of liquid tanks according to customer requirements.
