I. Overview
The SF6 gas recovery and filling unit is used by manufacturers of SF6-insulated electrical equipment, as well as in operation, research, and scientific departments. It vacuums various electrical equipment, fills them with SF6 gas, and recovers SF6 gas from used or tested equipment. It also purifies and compresses the gas for storage in tanks.
The device is manufactured in accordance with the National Power Department's DL/T662-2009 standard for "Inflating and Recovery Units," referencing the products of the world-renowned German brand DILO, and utilizing a national patented technology for development. The unit primarily consists of a recovery system, vacuum recovery booster system, inflation system, pressure inflation system, vacuum extraction system, multi-stage purification system, dual-stage purification filtration system, gas storage system, and control system, meeting the technical requirements of users with the following main functions:
1. Perform vacuum extraction and vacuum level measurement on the unit's main equipment, SF6 electrical equipment, and storage tanks.
2. Recycle the gas from SF6 electrical equipment.
3. Dry and purify recycled and recharged SF6 gas.
4. Rapidly inflate SF6 electrical equipment.
5. Compress and store SF6 gas in liquid form for electrical equipment.
6. Liquidate and store SF6 gas in tanks and bottles.
2. SF6 Recovery Unit Main Components Performance Parameters and Advantages:
Utilizing the system principles of Germany's DILO company and supplementing with internationally advanced condensation methods, the system's operating pressure and temperature are reduced, enhancing the recovery efficiency. The design is advanced, featuring comprehensive functions, reasonable structure, and simple, clear operation.
(2) The SF6 specialized compressor, incorporating foreign compression technology, is fully enclosed and leak-free. Utilizing this compressor and refrigeration cooling, SF6 gas can be directly compressed into a liquid and stored in SF6 storage tanks. The liquid SF6 can also be refilled into SF6 gas cylinders during the recovery process, achieving rapid SF6 gas recovery.
(3) The vacuum system employs a two-stage scroll vacuum pump, featuring rapid vacuum rate and an oil return prevention device integrated within the system.
(4) The reclaim booster system utilizes a German-made Purios vacuum reclaim machine, which offers low residual pressure reclaim and faster vacuum reclaiming speed.
(5) When the pressure inside the storage tank reaches low pressure, the inflation boost system is used for inflation, resulting in lower residual pressure in the tank and faster inflation speed.
(6) The two-stage purification filtration system employs the principle filter from the U.S. Neil Company. The filter is equipped with a double-stage built-in heating and electrical control, vacuuming for life-like treatment, and contains high-efficiency imported Japanese adsorbent, significantly enhancing the purification and filtration effect (adsorbent replacement not required frequently).
(7) The multi-stage purification system uses precision filter cores from the U.S.-based HANKISON Company, exceeding the standard purification effectiveness.
(8) The electrical system features automatic confirmation and adjustment of three-phase power supply, with the entire unit equipped with an automatic leakage protection device.
(9) The device control system employs a patented SF6-specific valve, offering greater reliability than comparable ball valves. (Utilizing American Nylese valve cores)
(10) The unit is air-cooled and can be used without an external water source.
(11) The SF6 storage system is configured with tanks as required, utilizing ambient temperature storage, with automatic control of extreme high pressure to ensure safety.
(12) The unit is designed for easy mobility with a full-rotary castor, offering convenient movement and flexible rotation.
(13) The complete unit is equipped with a phase sequence protection device, automatic overload protection to prevent overheating and failure, and a design pressure limit high-voltage automatic shutdown protection to ensure safety.
