I. Overview
The SF6 gas recovery and filling unit is used by manufacturers of SF6-insulated electrical equipment, as well as in operation, research, and scientific departments. It is designed for vacuum evacuation of various electrical equipment, filling them with SF6 gas, and recovering SF6 gas from used or tested equipment. It also performs purification, compression, liquefaction, and storage in tanks. The recovery unit is suitable for on-site installation and use of SF6 electrical equipment of various voltage levels and GIS combined electrical equipment.
The device is manufactured in accordance with the National Power Department's DL/T662-1999 standard for "Inflating and Recovery Equipment," and references products from world-renowned brands. It is a recovery unit developed with national patented technology. The unit consists of a recovery system, inflation system, vacuum extraction system, purification system, and gas storage system, featuring the following main functions:
1. Measurement of the unit itself and electrical equipment, storage tanks, vacuum extraction, and vacuum levels.
2. Recycle the SF6 gas in electrical equipment.
3. Dry and purify SF6 gas from recycling and recharging.
4. Rapidly gasify and inflate SF6 electrical equipment.
5. Compress and store SF6 gas in a liquid state for electrical equipment.
Recycling unit main components and their advantages:
(1) Utilizing the system principles from Germany's DILO company and complementing them with the internationally advanced condensation liquefaction method, we reduce the system's working pressure, enhance the efficiency of recovery, and offer an advanced design with comprehensive functions, rational structure, and simple, clear operation.
(2) SF6-specific compressor incorporating foreign compression technology, utilizing this compressor and condensation cooling can directly compress SF6 gas into a liquid for storage in SF6 storage tanks, achieving oil-free and rapid recovery of SF6 gas.
(3) The vacuum system utilizes a two-stage scroll vacuum pump for fast vacuum rate, and is equipped with a device to prevent oil return.
(4) The purification system utilizes the principle filter from the U.S. Neil Company, featuring a double-stage internal electric heating and high-efficiency adsorbent inside, resulting in a more pronounced purification effect (adsorbent replacement is not required frequently).
(5) Automatic confirmation and adjustment of three-phase power supply for electrical system.
(6) The device control system employs patented SF6-specific valves, which are more reliable than similar ball valves from overseas. (Utilizing the valve cores from American Nylese valves)
(7) Storage systems are configured with liquid tanks according to customer requirements.
(8) The equipment is wind-cooled and mobile, capable of operation without an external water source.

IV. Main Components and Configuration of the Equipment:
The main functional components of the equipment include SF6 compressors, condensation systems, vacuum pumps, heat exchangers, fans, desiccant filter regenerators, heaters, purifiers, filters, pipes, valves, instruments, electrical control systems, and structural parts, such as frame panels, casters, and storage tanks.
(1) Recycled 2Z Type Double-Cylinder Double-Stage Single-Action Compressor (using imported main unit products).
System Storage: Utilizes ambient temperature liquid storage with extreme high-pressure automatic control to ensure safety.
(3) Vacuum Pump: Equipped with a 2X type two-stage scroll vacuum pump (Joint venture with German technology).
(4) Purification and Drying Filtration System: The drying filter incorporates an internal electric heating element and a high-efficiency adsorbent, boasting strong self-regeneration capabilities to regenerate and dry the gas, ensuring the purity of SF6 gas. (Utilizes the Penneal principle filter from the USA, with dual-stage filtration and vacuum activation for self-regeneration).
(5) Purifier: Utilizes the D-48 model from the U.S. ALCO product, capable of purifying impurities and powders in gases, ensuring the purity of SF6 gas and enhancing the reliability of electrical equipment operation.
(VI) Valves: Utilize imported Nalges SF6 specialized valves with excellent sealing properties, capable of withstanding high pressure and high vacuum conditions.
(Seven) Electrical Control System: Valves and instruments use imported joint venture products, centrally arranged for ease of operation and monitoring.
