As a byproduct of the production process of SK-type hydroxide iron desulfurizer, our calcium chloride dihydrate boasts high purity, excellent quality, and competitive pricing.
I. Quality Criteria
Appearance: White, flake-like solid
The mass fraction of anhydrous calcium chloride (based on CaCl2): ≥74.0%.
Magnesium and alkali metal chlorides (based on NaCl): ≤5.5%
Insoluble matter content: ≤0.20%
Alkalinity (as Ca(OH)2): ≤0.35%
Sulfates (calculated as CaSC4): ≤0.20%.
Section II: Product Application
1. Calcium chloride dihydrate is commonly used as a deicing agent to remove snow and ice from road facilities.
2. Used as an antifreeze in the construction industry, enhancing the frost resistance of building mortars.
3. Used as a desiccant to dry gases.
4. Used as a refrigerant in the refrigeration industry.
5. Used as a coalescent in the rubber production industry.
6. Used as raw material in manufacturing industries, such as for producing anhydrous calcium chloride and flame retardants.
7. Used as a dye precipitation agent in the dye production industry.
Section 3: Storage and Transportation Characteristics
