Performance and Application

The HXT series ferric oxide desulfurization agent is a patented invention product.（ZL 2007 1 0139233.X），A new series of purifiers, primarily composed of artificial synthetic iron oxide with its own structure as the main active ingredient, supplemented by processing with different accelerators. In addition to the general properties of conventional iron oxide desulfurization agents, this invention has a strong specificity and primarily addresses the following three challenges:

(1) Addressed the challenges of low sulfur capacity, large size, and frequent replacement of desulfurization equipment for iron oxide desulfurizer under anaerobic or low-oxygen conditions.

(2) Overcomes the challenge of desulfurization in atmospheres with high or full sulfur content, offering superior advantages over activated carbon, significantly reducing desulfurization costs.

(3) Overcomes the problem of scaling in traditional iron oxide desulfurization agents when exposed to water for extended periods. This series of products features a wet strength of up to 25N/CM, effectively preventing scaling inside the tower.

The HXT series is mainly used for the fine and coarse desorption in oxygen-free atmospheres; as well as the desorption of变换 gas, industrial waste gas, and other gases containing a high or full atmosphere.

Due to its well-developed pore structure, it can effectively remove tar, naphthalene, anthracene, quinones, solid microparticles, and other impurities from the gas during desulfurization, while absorbing the oxygen content in the gas.
