I. Performance Features and Applications

HXT-SO2Calcium hydroxide flue gas desulfurization agent is an efficient gas purification agent made by adding other promoters to calcium hydroxide, which is the main active component. It has excellent desulfurization performance and can also remove certain amounts of mercaptan-type organic sulfur and most nitrogen oxides.

HXT-SO2Calcium hydroxide desulfurization agents are primarily used for the removal of nitrogen oxides from flue gas in steel mills, coking plants, cement factories, power plants, and other similar facilities.

HXT-SO2Calcium hydroxide desulfurization agents offer features such as simple equipment, easy operation, high purification efficiency, low bed resistance, strong adaptability, quick desulfurization, high sulfur capacity, and no secondary pollution.

III. Reaction Principle

Raw gasSO2The active components in the desulfurizing agent, such as calcium hydroxide and magnesium oxide, react to form corresponding solid salts, thereby achieving the desulfurization purpose. The main chemical reaction equation is:

Ca (OH)2+SO2+1/2O2→CaSO4+H2O

IV. Transportation and Storage

（1) The desulfurizing agent should be handled with care during transportation to avoid vibration and impact, to prevent powdering.

（2) During storage, desulfurizing agents must be kept dry and free from chemical contamination.
