
Application and Performance
The SK-type hydroxyl iron desulfurization agent is a new product that can react rapidly under high air velocity conditions. It is mainly used for the removal of organic sulfur from LNG synthesis gas, coke oven gas, chemical process gas, shale gas, and tail gas. It has achieved remarkable performance in the desulfurization market. Multiple repeated use results have shown that its service life is 2-5 times longer than that of existing products on the market, earning positive recognition and praise from both domestic and international clients. Compared to other products in the past, the characteristics of this product are as follows:
Rapid response under high-altitude and high-pressure conditions, adaptable to an airspeed contact time of only 0.6 seconds at 6000h-1.
(2) Pure directional synthetic hydroxide iron, with a specific surface area 2-3 times that of traditional iron-based desulfurizing agents, achieving desulfurization accuracy up to refined grade.
