This machine is suitable for vertical reciprocating fatigue tests on large helical springs (such as heavy-duty suspension springs) or other elastic elements. With the installation of auxiliary equipment, it can also be used for suspension spring impact fatigue tests.
The machine operates using a lever principle, with springs symmetrically placed at both ends of the lever. It can test 2 springs simultaneously, or 4 at a time. One end has a maximum loading capacity of 50kN, so the maximum load for simultaneous testing of springs is 100kN.
This unit employs a crank and connecting rod mechanism to drive the lever to swing, performing reciprocating fatigue tests on the spring.
The amplitude is achieved by adjusting the eccentricity.
