This machine employs a servo motor and precision ground ball screw drive for loading, with adjustable stroke and fine angle control. It operates at two workstations simultaneously. Driven by a high-power servo motor, it offers quick loading with adjustable and adjustable stroke, providing exceptional flexibility.
 

This machine features the function of multiple stance and load test sorting. The number of stances can be set, up to a maximum of three times; load tests can be measured during the return journey of the last stance or conducted again after the stance is completed. The measurement results can be divided into up to five groups, indicated by red, green, yellow, blue, and white indicator lights. Operators can remove the spring based on the color of the lights and place it in the corresponding position.
 

Suitable springs can be cylindrical helical springs or eccentric force springs. Different springs require different spring seats.
 

The control system utilizes a dedicated motion controller and a high-speed data acquisition system, allowing operators to operate through a touchscreen for intuitive and convenient use. Each spring's test requirements can be effectively saved in the program for easy retrieval at any time. The test results are clear at a glance, and judgment indicator lights are provided for the operator's easy sorting.
