I. Product Description and Application
The Microcomputer-Controlled Spring Offset Pressure Tester is a spring load testing machine specifically designed for locomotive companies. In addition to the standard testing functions of conventional springs, it strictly tests and calculates the axial stiffness, lateral displacement, lateral force, lateral stiffness, offset direction, and offset angle of helical steel suspension springs in the suspension system of locomotive vehicles according to European standard EN13298, and outputs various coordinate curves.
II. Product Features
1. Standard Spring Test Function
1.1 Features various control modes including force, displacement, and deformation
Set the test force to measure the deformation amount of the spring
Set the deformation amount and measure the test force of the spring.
Set the test force to measure the remaining height of the spring.
◇ Set the remaining height of the spring, measure the test force of the spring, general function.
1.2 General Functions
a) Based on various spring design requirements, input known parameters for automatic testing. After completion, the test returns to its initial position automatically. In batch testing, its superior advantage becomes even more pronounced. Users need only input test parameters once to achieve all automated operations during the experiment, except for spring replacement, offering a highly efficient testing process.
b) Capable of sensor parameter calibration, zero-point clearing, parameter storage and loading; controllers feature over-limit protection for test parameters, automatic shutdown or alarm lights for exceeding set values.
c) The operating system is Windows XP or Win7, featuring a full Chinese interface with a user-friendly human-machine interaction. All operations of the testing machine are completed through the computer keyboard and mouse. The computer screen displays test force, displacement, beam movement speed, and the working status of the testing machine, with shortcut keys available. It can collect data in real-time, perform data calculations, and offers data storage, query, and printing functions. It can display and plot the force-deformation curve in real-time, allowing for zooming in or out of the curve, local magnification, and users can drag the curve within the magnified area using the mouse to achieve horizontal scrolling.
2. Lateral stiffness and lateral free bending deformation test function
Apply a specified static force along the defined axis to the spring, measure the deformation and direction of the spring along the X and Y axes, and calculate the bending direction, displacement, and angle of the measuring platform.
Apply specified axial static force to the spring, measure the force that the platform returns to its initial central position, as well as the bending force.
Apply the same-sized axial static force to the spring, continuously apply lateral forces to the spring, measure the lateral force at the specified lateral displacement, calculate the lateral stiffness of the spring, and plot the lateral stiffness-deformation curve of the spring.
