
I. Product Description and Application
This testing machine is primarily used for the torsional and fatigue tests of torsion springs, suitable for manufacturers to inspect the mechanical properties and fatigue life of torsion bars.
II. Product Features
◇ Can conduct torsion spring torsional mechanical property tests: Measure the torque value at a specified torsion angle, or measure the angle value at a specified torque, to test tensile strength, torsional stiffness, and other mechanical indicators.
◇ Can perform torsion fatigue life tests on torsion bars: Conduct life tests within specified torsional angles, or within specified torque ranges, capable of real-time monitoring torque changes during the test; able to set the number of test cycles, stop at the specified number, stop at sample fracture, and stop based on torque decay settings, etc.
◇ Performance and life tests use a single torque sensor without changing the chuck.
◇Torque sensors can be added or replaced to accommodate various types and specifications of torsion bars.
◇ Special-designed workwear ensures no damage to non-standard torsion rods and no fluctuation in torque during the twisting process.
◇ Added auxiliary workwear, which allows for quick adjustment by locating the rotational center of irregularly shaped torsion bars with the help of scales, shortening the adjustment process.
◇Features both clockwise and counterclockwise bidirectional rotation testing function;
◇Equipped with manual adjustment buttons, capable of both automatic programmed testing and individual manual adjustment functions.
The software features multiple security protection functions: overload protection, abnormal protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
◇ Equipped with comprehensive hardware safety measures, featuring not only an emergency stop switch but also a fully enclosed safety sliding door that does not interfere with loading or testing, ensuring the operator's safety.
