
1. Product Description and Usage
The KLD (1423) series testing machine is computer-controlled with a floor-type gate frame, dual ball screw transmission, and AC servo drive. In addition to the standard features of a microcomputer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine, it also features a dedicated measurement and control system for spring eccentric force testing. This system can measure the load size and direction of the automotive suspension spring's internal reaction after being compressed under axial force, aiding designers in applying load data to the safety and comfort performance design of vehicles such as cars and trucks.
This dedicated measurement and control system utilizes electronic servo control, installing multiple high-precision load sensors on the upper and lower pressure disks. The testing system reliably synchronously collects the load sensor information to determine the simultaneous lateral and axial forces generated on the spring as well as the position of the load center on the upper and lower pressure disks (x, y position offset).
To prevent the load sensor from being damaged by pressure, it also features a reliable overload protection device.
II. Product Features
The system can measure the starting and ending coordinates of the resultant force of the spring, its magnitude and direction, as well as the lateral testing force. After inputting the tolerance radius of the upper and lower acting points, it can immediately determine if the spring meets the specifications.
In the main test interface, there's a coordinate graph with upper and lower press disks. Once the test is complete, the coordinate values at the point of action of the upper and lower press disks' force on the spring will be displayed intuitively.
