1. The testing machine is primarily composed of the main unit, parameter measurement and display unit, high-voltage control unit, and test accessories. 2. The main unit is manufactured using a casting structure, allowing for easy installation of specimens, non-rotating wheels, and load rotation. 3. The applied torque is measured through the relationship between load and speed, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the test.
4. The drive power utilizes a variable frequency speed control motor, achieving stepless speed adjustment, thereby driving the load to rotate at high speed and applying bending moments to the wheel. 5. During the test, inspect the bending condition of the main shaft to realize the emergency stop function in case of wheel failure.

10.1 Moment Closure Adjustment
10.2 Display bending moment and displacement resonance circles on the X-Y coordinate system of the screen
10.3 Speed regulation at 10.3 RPM, count of load change occurrences (count maintained during shutdown), test parameters maintained during shutdown and startup; monitor the 10.4 preset loading arm displacement limit, input and display the following parameters: moment set value/moment actual value. 10.5 Limit values for the initial offset, instantaneous offset, and offset increment of the force arm (as shutdown specifications), test speed. 10.6 Equipped with safety protection features and facilities; testing is not allowed when the safety door is open, and a safety alarm alert is activated during testing; rotation count can be set, and the machine will automatically shut down upon reaching the set rotation count. 10.7 Configured with a high-voltage control box for driving and controlling the motor.
