1. The Spring Fatigue Tester is primarily composed of four parts: the frame, mechanical clamping mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. It meets the requirements of various sizes of specimens by adjusting the screw's rise and fall, and can also adjust the amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of the spring.
2. Entire machine loading capacity of 30KN, suitable for axial linear fatigue tests and axial impact fatigue tests of various passenger car suspension springs.
3. Four workstations, or two operating simultaneously.
4. Electric adjustment in the testing space, with the addition of guiding and locking mechanisms, ensures the rigidity of the loading section effectively in large space conditions.
5. Utilizing flywheel storage, the clutch starts smoothly, significantly reducing the motor power and greatly cutting down on testing costs.

12. Security Protection Features:
1) The equipment is entirely enclosed with a protective mesh, each side features an independent door for easy adjustment and safe operation.
2) At the eccentric adjustment mechanism, a safety switch is in place. The equipment cannot be activated during amplitude adjustment operations. The switch must be turned off after adjustment before the equipment can be started.
