I. Applications and Features
KPD-G (1221) Model Spring High-Frequency Fatigue Tester (abbreviated as the tester), primarily used for fatigue life tests on compression spiral springs; fatigue limit tests. Furthermore, various comparisons are made on the performance parameters, materials, and manufacturing processes of the springs. It is also possible to conduct fatigue life tests at different frequencies on similar springs by altering the mass of the vibration system, thereby creating fatigue life test curves for springs at various frequencies. The above tests can also be applied to other elastic components similar to these springs.
II. Principle and Features
The testing machine utilizes electromagnetic excitation and the resonance principle of the test piece (spring). The control system employs pulse width modulation and high-power switching circuits. The vibration system automatically maintains an optimal resonance state without any adjustments. Start-up is immediate with a single touch, offering stable and reliable performance, and operation is extremely simple. The number of vibrations and frequency of the test piece (spring) are displayed on a digital tube, and the number can be preset. The machine automatically stops and remembers when the test piece breaks.
The testing machine boasts short test cycles, high efficiency, low noise, no wear, and low power consumption.
