
The KND-105 (1214) Horizontal Torsion Testing Machine is a new testing equipment suitable for torsion tests. It features manual loading and easy operation. The testing process automatically calculates stiffness and prints test reports. The machine consists of a torque sensor, photoelectric encoder, measurement amplification circuit, and microprocessor processing system, which digitally displays the angle and torque. It can automatically correct the angular displacement of the torque sensor. The machine also offers overload protection, torsion stiffness calculation, and data query functions.
The KND series is primarily used for testing the torsional angle and torsional moment of various torsion springs, helical springs, clock springs, elastic elements, and friction mechanisms.
