I. Product Description and Usage

This testing machine is specifically designed for rapid load testing of large quantities of compressed springs.

The robotic arm delivers the spring to the lower pressing plate of the testing machine and sends a signal to it. Upon receiving the signal, the machine automatically and rapidly conducts the test. After completion, it compares the actual test results with the standard deviation, provides a judgment and evaluation, and sends signals to the robotic arm indicating whether it is acceptable, oversized, or undersized. The robotic arm then places the spring in the designated position. To switch to different types, simply set the parameters, and the machine can proceed with batch testing.

Section 3: Main Functions of the Testing Machine

1. Set the remaining height and test the corresponding load.

2. Load with parameter settings; when changing to different spring types, simply adjust the parameters in the settings interface for easy variety switching. Spring setting parameters can be saved on the computer for direct access next time.

3. The machine features automatic data storage and data statistics capabilities, enabling it to automatically tally the number of qualified pieces per batch, as well as the quantities of products with high and low force.

4. This unit does not feature stretching capabilities.

5. Has an不合格 bee buzzing function, both 不合格+ and 不合格- beep.

6. Features high-level sorting capabilities.

7. Spring loading and unloading: handled by a robotic arm.
