OneIntroduction to the KLD-F C1/C2 (1421) series microcomputer-controlled spring separator testing machines
1. The spring load separator is a new type of on-line synchronous testing equipment that combines precision mechanics with light, gas, and electricity. It is suitable for spring pre-compression and the sorting of spring testing forces, serving as a quick detection option for springs.
2. The test piece is automatically fed into the disc hole by a vibration feeding device, and the disc rotates intermittently. The first cylinder drives the pressure head to complete the pre-compression process; at the second and third stations, the springs are compressed by a servo motor and transmitted to the lower load sensor. The sensor outputs an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcomputer. In addition to display purposes, the signal also opens different outlets according to instructions, allowing the north sorting spring to fall into the corresponding pipeline.
3. Spring compression and disc rotation occur intermittently, sequentially achieving the sorting process. The press head at station "der" functions identically to the press head at station three, allowing them to operate at different compression heights individually.
4. To ensure smooth operation of the sorting and compression rhythm, a timing control interlock protection system has been implemented. This means that when the worktable is rotating, the press head cannot operate, and when the press head is in use, the worktable cannot rotate.
