Our polyethylene filter cores are made by blending ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UMV-PE) with other additives. They are molded, pressed, and then thermoplastic shaped. Depending on the requirements of the filtration material, different particle sizes of raw materials, varying pressures, and different sintering processes are employed to achieve different porosities in the cores. This allows for filtering materials of various particle sizes. General filtration accuracy ranges from 1 to 100 micrometers, including 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100 micrometers.
Features and Performance of PE Sintered Filter Cartridge
High porosity (40-60%) ensures a higher fluid flow rate per unit area, up to 20-30 m/mh at a pressure difference of 0.05 Mpa.
Smooth outer surface: The smooth outer surface resists dirt adhesion, making backwashing thorough and easy.
Highly resistant to dirt, acid and alkali corrosion, and organic solvents.
Excellent strength, wear resistance, and toughness ensure the long service life of the filter element.
No threshing occurrence
Excellent pressure resistance
Temperature Applicable < 80°C
Non-toxic, versatile application range
