Our polyethylene filter cores are produced by blending ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UMV-PE) with other additives. Through molding, pressing, and high-temperature plasticization, we utilize different particle sizes of raw materials, varying pressures, and different sintering processes based on the specific requirements of the filtration material. This results in different porosities of the filter cores, allowing for the filtration of materials with different particle sizes. The general filtration accuracy ranges from 1 to 100 micrometers, including 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100 um.
Features and Performance of PE Sintered Filter Cartridges
Super High Flow Rate: High porosity (40-60%) ensures a greater fluid flow per unit area, with a pressure difference of 0.05 Mpa, reaching 20-30 m/mh.
Smooth surface: The smooth exterior is resistant to impurities and easy to rinse thoroughly during backwashing.
Excellent stain resistance, withstands strong acid and alkali corrosion, and is resistant to organic solvents.
Excellent strength, wear resistance, and toughness ensure the long service life of the filter core.
No threshing occurs
High-pressure resistance
Applicable Temperature < 80°C
Non-toxic and versatile in application
