1. This machine tool is a three-axis (X workpiece lateral feed, Z1, Z2 abrasive wheel longitudinal movement) two-axis linkage sleeve and spindle-specific CNC grinder, primarily used for grinding the inner bores, inner tapered holes, inner end faces, outer circles, outer tapered surfaces, and outer end faces of various spindles and sleeves. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (including automatic feed, retract, rough and fine grinding; automatic wheel correction, and automatic compensation functions).

2. Machine tools feature a structure with lateral feed of workpieces and longitudinal movement of the worktable (grinding wheel stand). Both the workpiece feed and the grinding wheel stand movement tracks are equipped with roller linear guides, all driven by servo motors through ball screw movement. The rotation speeds of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle are controlled by a variable frequency drive for stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping utilizes a chuck + center support or double center support + puller gripping method. Additionally, other matching fixtures can be configured according to the specific characteristics of the customer's workpiece.

3. The machine tools feature a fully enclosed protective housing, a front-mounted rotating operation box, and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
