Key Features of This Machining Center:
★ This machine tool is a two-axis CNC composite grinder (X feed, Z1 grinding wheel, Z2 grinding wheel shaft), primarily used for grinding internal cylindrical holes, internal tapered holes, step holes, internal ends, outer cylindrical surfaces, and outer ends. The grinding cycles are all automatically completed (features include automatic feed, retract, rough and fine grinding; automatic wheel correction, automatic compensation, etc.).
★ The machine tool employs a workpiece feeding structure with the worktable (grinding wheel bracket) moving left and right. Both the worktable and grinding wheel bracket have rolling linear guides, all driven by servo motors and ball screw movements. The rotating speeds of the workpiece and grinding wheel spindles are controlled by variable-frequency drives for stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping is a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the special characteristics of the customer's workpiece.
Machine tools are equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover and a front-mounted rotating cover.
